【摘要】 目的:观察通心络胶囊对高脂血症合并高粘滞血症患者的血脂及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:本组入选病例均为在查体中心进行健康查体者,男47例,女39例,连续服用通心络胶囊8周,用药前后分别检测血脂及血液流变学指标,采用配对计量资料t检验。结果:男女两组患者治疗后之全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血浆粘度及甘油三酯均较治疗前有极显著下降(P<0.001),血总胆固醇显著下降(P<0.005),未见明显副作用。结论:通心络胶囊治疗高脂血症并高粘滞血症患者安全有效,对预防心脑血管疾病也能起到积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on hemorrheology and serum lipids in the patients with hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity.Methods: 86 patients sufering from hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity without clinical sympotems were treated with Tongxinluo capsule for 8 weeks.the serum cholesterol,triglyceride and hemorrheology were tested in all of the patients before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and the level of trilyceride were remarkablely decreaded(P<0.001) and the serum cholesterol level was decreased,too(P<0.005).Conclusions: Tongxinluo capsule is effective and safe to the patients with hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity.Tongxinluo capsules can play a positive role in preventing cardio-cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
