基于问题教学法在牙体牙髓病学实习教学中的应用
The application of problem-based learning in practice teaching of operative dentistry and endodontics
【摘要】 通过在北京大学2000级七年制口腔医学系学生牙体牙髓病学的实习教学中应用基于问题教学法,在教学的四个环节中设计了基于问题教学方案,即:临床见习讨论,临床实习中期的小组病例讨论,临床实习末期的全班病例汇报,以及文献综述报告,使学生不但学到了知识,而且锻炼了独立思考,培养和发展了自我学习、终生学习的意识和能力,取得了良好的教学效果。
【Abstract】 PBL (problem-based learning) is a discussing-teaching method strategy. The essentials for PBL are case problem based, students-centered, and teacher conducted. It integrates the education of knowledge, ability and quality. The article introduces the application of PBL in practice teaching of operative dentistry and endodontics on stomatological students of seven-year program, grade 2000 in our university. PBL was applied in 4 links. They were: discuss and clinical probation during the practice stage before clinical practice, case discuss in the middle stage of clinical practice, case report at the end of clinical practice and review report. Not only knowledge was obtained, but also the students improved the self-directed learning skills. It was conducive to development of self-study and lifelong study ability. The satisfying teaching effects were acquired.
