【摘要】 医学生是未来的医务工作者,其职业的特殊性要求他们必须具备良好的综合素质,既要有扎实、精湛的专业知识和技能,又要有广博、良好的人文科学素养,同时还要具备高尚的道德品质和健全的心理素质。如何培养适应未来需要的高素质医学人才,是医学教育工作者必须认真思考、积极探索和实践的问题。为了解医学毕业生素质现状,我们对皖南医学院近年来的本科毕业生及所在单位就高素质医学生必须具备的六大素质进行了一次问卷调查。结果表明:从总体来讲我校毕业生素质较好,工作态度端正,有较好的团结协作、奉献精神,有良好的医疗道德,具有健康的体魄和稳定的心理素质。同时调查结果也提示,素质教育还应当加强以下几方面的内容:①进一步加强思想品德尤其是医德医风教育;②加强自学能力培养,提高学习素质;③培养科研意识,提高科研素质;④采取有效措施,加强人文建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical students’ future posts request them with well comprehensive qualities,which include not only professional knowledge and skills,but also humanism,morality and healthy psychology.It is explorative,practical question for medical educators to cultivate medical talents adapted to the future.To learn about the status of graduates,we did a survey on the graduates about these qualities who graduated in recent years from Wannan Medical College.The results showed that the graduates possess high qualities such as good working attitude,teamwork and some listed above.But it also indicated that we should further reinforce the trainings of medical ethics,self-education,science research and humanities.更多还原
