【摘要】 目的:采用载体定量杀菌试验与t检验和秩和比法,对三种二氧化氯产品(pH值分别为3.85、2.59、2.52)的杀菌效果进行比较。结果,pH值为2.59、2.52的二氧化氯产品杀菌效果优于pH值为3.85的二氧化氯产品,杀菌效果的差异有统计学意义;pH值为2.59和pH值为2.52的两种二氧化氯产品杀菌效果,t检验(p>0.05)差异没有统计学意义,秩和比法在α=0.05水平差异有统计学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The germicidal efficacy of three kinds of chlorine dioxide solutions (the pH values were 3.85 and 2.59 and 2.52 respectively) were compared by using carrier quantitative germicidal test and two statistical method of rank sum ratio(RSR) method and ttest. The result showed the difference in germicial efficacy of t he solution of pH3.85 and the others (the pH value 2.59 and 2.52) was statistically significant. At α=0.05 level, the difference in germicial efficacy of solutions of pH2.52 and pH2.59 was statistically significant using rank sum ratio(RSR) method , but was not statistially significant using ttest.更多还原
