【摘要】 了解目前鹤壁市内镜感染控制管理现状,探讨今后控制内镜感染医源性传播的对策。方法:采用整群抽样的方法对鹤壁市10所医院的内镜感染控制现状进行现场调查、问卷调查和小组访谈。结果:鹤壁市内镜感染控制工作中还存在着以下问题:认识不足,重视不够;内镜医务人员的培训落实不到位;内镜室的设置和布局不合理;内镜室相关设备的配置不符合要求;内镜及附件的清洗消毒程序不正确;内镜消毒检测的日常监管不力。结论:各医院必须加强内镜感染控制工作,确保医疗安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discern the present problems of endoscope cleaning and disinfection in Hebi,and put forward some recommendations to prevent and control the transmission via contaminated endoscopes.Methods: A field survey about endoscope infecton control was conducted in 10 hospitals of Hebi by cluster sampling,questionnaire of endoscope staff and interview with the related leaders were also implemented.Results: There were some problems in endoscope infection control in Hebi including deficiency of importance of endoscope infection control,lack of training of endoscope staff,irrationality of endoscope room,shortage of related equipments of endoscope room,improper procedures of cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes and accessories,neglect of disinfection inspection and administration. Conclusions: Every hospital must strengthen endoscope infection control to ensure safety of patients.更多还原
