【摘要】 目的:了解我院心血管系统药物的使用情况及趋势。方法:按心血管药物分类,以药物通用名统计用药金额及比例,以限定日剂量法计算用药频率(DDDs)。结果:抗高血压药在西药心血管用药中所占金额最高,中成药在销售额前十五位心血管药物中占金额的60%,钙通道阻滞剂的DDDs最大。结论:我院心血管用药中西药并重,价格适中的中成药将更受青睐,长效的西药制剂将是选择的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understands the condition and the tendency of the cardiovascular system drugs in our hospital.Methods: Classifies according to the cardiovascular medicine, Count the medicine amount and the proportion by the medicine general statistics.With the method of defines the daily dosage calculates the DDDs value, namely the medicine frequency.Results: The anti-hypertension medicine accounts for the amount in the medicine was highest, The chinese medicine was the60% in the cardiovascular system agents.calcium channel blockers’s DDDs was biggest.Conclusion: The Chinese medicine andchemistry medicine were important of the cardiovascular system in our hospital.The moderate price of the Chinese medicinewill receive favours.The persistent effect medicine preparation will be the choice key point.更多还原
