【摘要】 目的:了解北京市朝阳区暗娼人群流行病学特征及性病艾滋病感染情况。方法:采用问卷方式对北京市朝阳区暗娼人群进行调查;采用ELISA方法对该人群进行HIV及梅毒血清学检测。结果:朝阳区403例暗娼的年龄范围在16-55(25·78±s6·92)a,其中20-39(26·58±s5·16)a年龄段最多,占77·66%;初中(45·41%)和小学(33·00%)文化者占多数;未婚居多,占62·28%;以无业为主,占91·07%;涉及9个民族,其中汉族人数最多,占95·78%;外来人口占96·04%,来自全国24个省市。HIV感染2例,占0·50%。梅毒感染47例,占11·66%。吸毒2例,占0·50%。分别有73(18·11%)和71(17·62%)在性活动中从不和有时使用安全套。结论:北京市朝阳区的暗娼人群以中青年为主,文化水平低,外来人口多;是吸毒、性病和艾滋病感染的高危人群。应加强对该人群的教育与干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate HIV and sexually transmitted disease(STD) infection prevalence and the epidemiological characteristics of female sex workers. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among female sex workers in Chaoyang District,Beijing. HIV and syphilis tests were carried out with ELISA. Results: The age range of 403 female sex workers was 16 to 55 years old(25.78 a±s 6.92 a),among which, the age of 20 to 39 (26.58±s 5.16) ranked first (77.66%); graduates from junior middle school and primary school accounted for 45.41% and 33.00%, respectively; 62.28% were unmarried,91.07% jobless; 95.78% were Han people and 96.04% were floating population. Two of them (0.50%) were tested HIV positive, 47 (11.66%) had syphilis positive, and two were drug users. During sexual activities, 73(18.11%) and 71(17.62%) never or occassionally used condoms. Conclusion: Female sex workers in Chaoyang District are mostly middle-aged,poor educated and floating population, who are at the risk of drug abuse and HIV/STD infection. Health education and high-risk behavior intervention should be conducted among them.更多还原
