【摘要】 目的探讨小瞳孔下白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术。方法用前房维持器及黏弹剂分离虹膜,采用非切开瞳孔扩张术,对86例(96眼)伴有葡萄膜炎等并发白内障行白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术。结果96眼术后76眼瞳孔恢复原状20眼瞳孔椭圆形。术后1周视力:0·1~0·3者26眼,0·4~0·6者62眼,0·8~1·0者8眼。结论小瞳孔白内障采用本手术方法,能获得较好视力,无严重并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study intraocular lens(IOL)implantation in the cases of cataract with a small synechia pupil.Methods Separating the posterior synechia with the help of viscoelastics and anterior chamber maintenance(ACM).96 eyes of 86 patients were extracted by means of non-cuting pupil dilation.Results On the total 96 eyes of 76 cataract cases,all the pupils were recovered to normal size,and none of them were damaged in the surgery.In 20 eyes,the normal round pupil was obtained after the surgery.The visual acuity at one week was 0.1-0.3 in 26 eyes and 62 eyes had 0.4-0.6,8 eyes had 0.8-1.0.Conclusions These suggest methods of cataract with small synechia pupil could obtain improved vision without unacceptable risk by means of the surgical technique mentioned.更多还原
