【摘要】 目的研究渔民在鱼舱内作业因鯷鱼腐败后产生有害气体中毒时,眼部临床表现及其分型。方法观察256例鱼腐败气体中毒患者结膜、角膜、房水及虹膜的临床表现。结果所有患者出现结膜充血、水肿、粘液样分泌物等结膜炎的表现。106例(41.41%)出现角膜上皮点状浸润或大片状上皮剥脱;53例(20.70%)在出现角膜损害的同时,房水呈粉尘状浑浊。结论鯷鱼腐败气体中毒后,眼部病变可分为结膜损害型、角膜损害型、葡萄膜损害型3种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study ophthalmic manifestation and the types of injury in fishermen poisoned by harmful gas generated by decayed anchovy fish from fishing boat cabins where they work. Methods 256 poisoned fishermen were observed to get the details of their clinical manifectations of conjunctiva,cornea,aqueous humor and iris. Results All eyes appeared with conjunctival congestion,oedema and mucous secretion;106 cases appeared (41.6%) corneal epithelium errosion; 53 cases had corneal harm and opacity of aqueous humor (21.5%). Conclusions Decayed anchovy fish gas induced ophthalmic pathological changes can be divided into 3 types: conjunvtival harm,corneal harm and choroidal harm.更多还原
