【摘要】 目的评价外伤性黄斑孔视网膜脱离手术成功率,并分析其相关因素。方法21例(23眼)外伤性黄斑孔视网膜脱离行玻璃体切除联合眼内填充C3F8或硅油。术后采取俯卧位15天以上。随访2～36月,平均14月。结果22眼(95.65%)黄斑孔闭合,视网膜复位,视力提高者21眼91.30%,1眼视力无明显改善,1眼视网膜脱离复发,视力下降。结论玻璃体切除联合眼内注气或注入硅油是治疗外伤性黄斑孔视网膜脱离的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the successful rate of surgical treatment of retinal detachment due to traumatic macular hole and analyze the relative reasons.Methods Twenty-three eyes of 21 traumatic patients with retinal detachment due to macular hole underwent vitrectomy combined with adjunct of 20% C3F8 or silicone oil,prone position was conducted at least 15 days postoperatively.Results Macular hole closed and retina reattached in 22 eyes.Visual acuity increased in 21 eyes and no change in 1 eyes.1 eye’s visual acuity was bad than before operation.Conclusions The vitrectomy combined with the adjunct of 20% C3F8 or silicone oil is an effective method in treating retinal detachment due to macular hole in traumatic case.更多还原
