【摘要】 目的分析外伤造成视网膜内界膜破裂的临床特征。方法回顾眼挫伤玻璃体积血施行玻璃体切除手术者38例(38眼),其中3例(3眼)合并视网膜内界膜破裂。均行玻切联合眼内填充术,破裂的视网膜内界膜予以剥除,光学显微镜下观察内界膜形态。结果术前矫正视力为无光感~0.05,术后矫正视力无光感~0.01者3眼,0.02~0.08者16眼,0.1~0.25者13眼,0.3及以上者6眼。视网膜内界膜破裂占7.9%,其中2例伴随视网膜脉络膜损伤,1例合并角膜穿孔伤和眼内炎。随访6月,视力分别为0.2、0.6和0.5。剥除的内界膜在光镜下呈均质薄膜状。表面有大量纤维母细胞和成纤维细胞。结论单纯的外伤性视网膜内界膜破裂发生率低,多见于眼挫伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics of retinal internal limiting membrane rupture after blunt ocular trauma. Methods Totally 38 cases(38 eyes) of ocular contusion with vitreous hemorrhage that had undergone vitrectomy were investigated.Among those patients,internal limiting membrane rupture was discovered in surgery in 3 eyes of 3 cases.All the patients were under going pars plana vitrectomy and intraocular tamponade.Internal limiting membrane peeling was done when rupture was found.The histopathological manifestation of internal limiting membrane was observed. Results The visual acuity before surgery was from no light perception to 0.05.The best corrected visual acuity after surgery were from no light perception to 0.8,and that was from no light perception to 0.01 in 3 eyes,from 0.02 to 0.08 in 16 eyes,from 0.1 to 0.25 in 13 eyes,better than 0.3 in 6 eyes.The rate of intemal limiting membrane rupture was 7.9%.In which 2 eyes were combined with retinal and choroidal trauma.The other one was combined with cornea perforation and intraocular inflammation.6 months after first surgery,the corrected visual acuity was 0.2,0.6 and 0.5 respectively.The internal limiting membranes of the three case were homogeneous fibrous membrane with many fibroblasts on the surface. Conclusion With a low rate of occurrence,traumatic internal limiting membrane rupture could be found without retina tear in ocular contusion.更多还原
