【摘要】 目的探讨粘连性小瞳孔下白内障的手术方法。方法通过26例(27眼)粘连性小瞳孔白内障术中应用黏弹剂及人工晶状体调位钩进行钝性分离或利用虹膜拉钩开大瞳孔以协助完成超声乳化手术。结果全部病例均顺利完成撕囊及超声乳化术。后囊破裂1眼(3.70%),角膜水肿6眼(22.22%),均于7天内消失。结论利用黏弹剂及虹膜拉钩扩大瞳孔是简单而有效的方法,不损伤瞳孔括约肌,能保持圆形瞳孔,减少术中、术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the surgical effect of cataract with small pupil.Methods On 27 eyes of 26 cases of cataract with small pupil,opend up small pupil with viscoelatstic and flexible iris retractor to perform phacoemulsification.Results All cases were done successfully continuous circular capsulorhexis and phacoemulsification.Posterior capsule ruptured in 1 eye(3.7%),corneal edema appeared in 6 eyes(22.22%) and it disappeard in 3 to 6 days.Conclusions Using viscoelatstic and flexible iris retractor for small pupil enlargement was a simple and efficient technique without sphincter injury.It can keep the circle pupil with few complications.更多还原
