【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃体切除术治疗化脓性眼内炎的临床价值。方法对24例(24眼)化脓性眼内炎行玻璃体切除、巩膜环扎及联合晶状体切除、眼内异物摘出、眼内充填术、配合全身及局部应用抗生素,皮质类固醇治疗。术后随访6~18月。结果24例眼内炎感染全部得到控制。18例术后视力有不同程度提高,4例术后视力无变化,2例眼球萎缩。结论玻璃体切除联合抗生素应用是治疗化脓性眼内炎的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical charactoristic of suppurative endophthalmitis,evaluate the clinical value of vitrectomy for suppurative endophthalmitis. Methods 24 cases of suppurative endophthalmitis were peformed vitrectomy,circular buckling and lensectomy,removal of foreign boby.Antibiotics and steroid were adminished post_operatively. Results The followed_up duration was 6-18 months.Intraocular infection of 24 cases were controlled,visual acuity of 18 cases were improved,visual acuity of 4 cases had no change.Eyeball atrophy occurred in 2 cases.Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with antibioties is an effective method for the management of suppurative endophtalmitis更多还原
