【摘要】 目的探讨小梁切除联合小切口白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术治疗青光眼合并白内障的效果。方法对20例(22眼)青光眼合并白内障施行小梁切除联合小切口白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术,术后观察视力、眼压、滤过泡及并发症。结果随访平均6月,眼压均低于21 mmHg,视力0.2以上者19眼(86.36%)功能滤过泡20眼(90.91%),无严重并发症发生。结论小梁切除联合小切口白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术具有切口小、组织损伤轻、视力恢复快,有效眼压控制较好及并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical results of trabeculectomy combined with extracapsular cataract extraction through small incision and intraocular lens implantation in management of glaucoma with cataract.Methods The surgery was performed on 22 eyes of 22 patients suffered from glaucoma with cataract.Visual acuity,IOP,filtration bleb and complications were observed after operation.Results The average follow-up period was 6 months.Postoperatively,IOP was lower than 21 mmHg in all eyes.Visual acuity was 0.2 or better in 19 eyes(86.36%).The function bleb was formed in 20 eyes(90.91%).No serious postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions Trabeculectomy combined with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation through small incision is effective in glaucoma with cataract treatment.Its incision is small,damage to tissues is light.There was no any serious complications.Most patients get rapid improvement in visual acuity and IOP is easy to be controlled.更多还原
