酶膜生物反应器中酶的固定化方法研究及其应用进展
Processment of Immobilized Enzyme Membrane Reactor and Their Applications in Biochemical Engineering
【摘要】 利用膜作为固定化酶载体的酶膜反应器,能有效地将酶固定,可实现产物的原位分离,消除位阻效应和抑制效应,且可连续操作,便于放大,已广泛应用于蛋白质、纤维素、淀粉等的酶解、污水处理等。文章对酶膜反应器中的固定化方法研究进行了分类,介绍并综合了酶膜反应器的应用,及存在问题。对其前景做了展望。
【Abstract】 Having many advantages,such as high surface area perunit volume,easy separation of the product and prevention of product inhibition,immobilized enzyme membrane reactor has been widely used in the enzymatic hydrolysis of protein,starch,cellulose,etc.Different classification and application researches of enzyme membrane reactor are reviewed and future prospects are forecasted.All kinds of immobilization method in immobilized enzyme membrane reactor were introduced.
