【Abstract】 The cassava dregs contain a great quantity of amylum but little protein.It is useless to feed directly.In this article we use cerevisiae andaspergiulls.niger ferment the cassava dregs,and transform the cassava dregs into active yeast.Then we heighten the protein content to 15%.Hence the production can be used as feedstuff of single cell protein to feedthe livestock.The dreg is resolved as a resource at the same time.更多还原
