【摘要】 目的:评价氟保护漆(fluor protector,含1 g/L氟)预防学龄前儿童乳磨牙邻面龋的效果,并进行经济学评价。方法:787名3.5岁儿童参与试验,分为试验组(n=516)和对照组(n=271)。对试验组儿童乳磨牙邻面应用氟保护漆,对照组用安慰剂。试验期两年,每年第一季度隔周1次,连续应用3次,之后每季度各用1次。结果:2年后氟保护漆组乳磨牙dm fsappr比对照组降低52.7%(P<0.05)。结论:该方法能够有效预防乳磨牙牙合面龋,但成本-效果分析显示成本较高。目前用于患龋高危儿童以及诊室内防治乳磨牙邻面龋更为适宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate the effect of Fluor Protector（0.1% F） on approximal carious lesions of primary molars,and assess this preventive measure in cost-effctiveness analysis.METHODS:787 cases of 3.5-years-old children were matched and allocated into the varnish group（n=516） and control group（n=271）.The approximal surfaces of primary molars were treated with topical applications of Fluor Protector in the varnish group,while no fluoride varnish was used in the control group.Intensive treatment protocols were performed with 3 times in two weeks interval in the first quarter of a year,thereafter once every three months in the next quarters of the year.The approximal caries data were collected and analyzed at baseline in every six months. Cost-effctiveness analysis was performed after experiment.RESULTS:After two years,children in the varnish group exhibited a statistically significant reduction in approximal caries incidence(dmfs_appr) of 52.7% in comparing with the control group.CONCLUSION:This method could effectively prevent the approximal caries of primary molars.But the cost-effctiveness analysis showed this preventive program was so unprofitable as a collective measure and it was better used in a high-risk caries children in dental clinic at present.更多还原
