【摘要】 目的:观察氢氧化钙-ZOE糊剂作为乳牙根管充填材料的疗效。方法:用3种根管充填材料对223个乳磨牙进行根管充填治疗,试验组用氢氧化钙-ZOE糊剂根管充填(A组),对照组用氢氧化钙糊剂(B组)和ZOE糊剂(C组)根管充填,观察6个月后的疗效。结果:A、B、C 3组的成功率分别为90.2%、88%和71.1%。A、B两组的疗效相似(χ2检验,P>0.05),A与C、B与C两组之间有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:氢氧化钙-ZOE糊剂用于乳牙根管充填的临床疗效比较理想,是一种可选择的乳牙根充材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ca（OH）₂-ZOE paste used for root canal filling of primary teeth.METHODS:This study included 223 primary teeth which were divided into 3 groups.Group A was filled with（Ca（OH）₂）-ZOE paste,group B with Ca（OH）₂ paste,and group C with ZOE paste.RESULTS:The success rate of root canal treatment（RCT） in group A was 90.2%,that in group B was 88% and that in group C was 71.1%.There was no significant difference between group A and group B（P>0.05）;there was significant difference between group A and group C,and between group B and group C（P<0.05）.CONCLUSION:Ca（OH）₂-ZOE paste is a good material for root canal filling for primary teeth,and can be selectively used for root canal filling for primary teeth.更多还原
