高速铁路软土地基处理方法对比试验

【摘要】 为探索高速铁路较薄软土地基的加固处理方法,在中国江苏省某铁路试验段进行了针对淤泥质黏土厚度为2~5m的软土地基现场填筑试验,包括袋装砂井加爆炸、塑料排水板加等载预压、两种间距粉喷桩及砂垫层处理共5个区段。通过为期14个月的原位测试,得到较薄软土地基的沉降变形特性;并通过加固方案效果对比,研究了工后沉降控制效果和工程经济性,其成果对高速铁路软土地基加固处理方案、设计参数的选有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the processing method of foundation stabilization. Large-scale field tests on a soft ground composed of a 2-5 m thick mucky soil were conducted in Jiangsu province, involving five ground improvement methods, on a soft ground composed of a 2-5 m thick mucky soil. These tests included packed-drain with explosion, plastic-drain with surcharge, cement-jet-pilling at different spacing, and sand mat. During 14 months’ in situ testing, the deformation behavior of the improved soft ground was investigated, and by comparing with the reinforcement scheme, the settlement after completion and economical efficiency of project are also studied. These results are expected to provide the reference value for the selecting of soft ground treatment methods and design parameters of high-speed rails.
