钻孔咬合桩挡土结构咬合面的剪切性能研究
Studies on secant face shear performance of secant boring pile retaining structure
【摘要】 钻孔咬合桩作为一种挡土结构,其咬合面的剪切性能对结构的设计与分析来说至关重要。在室内试验的基础上,确定C30超缓凝混凝土的配比并制作试件模型。通过模型试验和数值模拟分析,进行钻孔咬合桩挡土结构咬合面的剪切性能研究。研究表明:随着A型(素混凝土)桩和B型(钢筋混凝土)桩浇注间隔的增长,咬合面的剪切性能在变化,破坏模式及承载能力随之不同;工程中浇注时间间隔在20~40 h为宜;采用连续模型进行数值模拟分析虽然可以观察咬合面弱化时破坏模式的转化,但对承载能力的评判与试验结果差距较大,建议采用非连续模型进行计算。
【Abstract】 Based on the experimental study,the mixture ratio of C30 concrete was determined and a number of samples were made.The shear performance of secant face was investigated by both the model tests and numerical studies.The results show that the shear performance such as the failure modes and shear bearing capacity is related to the separating time between pouring of A(-pure concrete) and B(-reinforced concrete) piles.It is also shown that the failure modes include binding failure,splitting failure and secant face slip failure and the separating time should be 20 to 40 hours.In addition,the failure modes can be partially explained by the continuous model,but it is better to calculate the bearing capacity by use of the non-continuous model.
