【摘要】 目的:用HPLC对强力天麻杜仲软胶囊中天麻素含量进行测定。方法:采用Rainbow YWG-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(3:97)为流动相测波长221nm。结果:天麻素在0．13ig-0．39ig线形关系良好,r=0．9999,平均回收率为99．0％(n=5),RSD1．8％。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于强力天麻杜仲软胶囊中天麻素的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Determine the content of gastrodin in qianglitianmaduzhong soft capsule. Method: AHPLC method was developed. The chromatographic conditions are as follows Rainbow YWG-C18 column and methanol, water (3:97) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 221nm. Result: The line arrange of gastrodin was 0.13i g- 0.39i g. The average recovery was 99.0% and RSD1.8 %. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, with good repeatability, and can be used for determination of gastrodin in qianglitianmaduzhong soft capsule.更多还原
