十六烷基三甲基溴化铵增敏光度法测定铬(Ⅵ)离子
Enhanced Spectrophotometric Method for the Determination of Chromium
【摘要】 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为增敏剂,二苯碳酰二肼与铬(Ⅵ)离子显色,建立了增敏光度法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)含量的新方法。测定的线性范围为5~300 ng mL-1,检出限为2 ng mL-1,对浓度为20 ng mL-1的铬(Ⅵ)标准溶液进行了11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为0.5%。利用此法测定了自来水样、景观用水等水中的铬(Ⅵ),结果与原子吸收法测定结果基本吻合。
【Abstract】 Based on the enhance action of CTMAB on the indication reaction between chromium(Ⅵ) and DPC,a new enhanced spectrophotometric method for the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) is proposed.The linear range is 5-300 ng mL-1 and the detection limit is 2 ng mL-1.The relative standard deviation of 11 replicate determinations of 20 ng mL-1 chromium(Ⅵ) is 0.5%.The method has been applied to the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in the water samples.The results agreed well with those obtained by flame atomic absorption spectrometric methods.
