【摘要】 针对某冶炼厂硫酸转化对控制的要求,设计并实现了一套基于SIMATICS7-400系列PLC和PROFIBUS现场总线的分布式计算机自动控制系统。实际应用效果表明,该控制系统工作可靠,操作方便,控制精度高,取得了较好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 For the control requirements of the sulfuric acid conversion process in one smelter,a set of automatic control system with distributed computer is designed to operate based on the field bus of SIMATIC S7-400 series of PLC and PROFIBUS.Practical effect of application shows that the control system is provided with reliable run,convenient operation and accurate control,from which preferable economic benefits are reaped.
