丁基苯并噻唑亚砜与MSO协同萃取钯的研究
Study of Synergic Extracting Palladium(Ⅱ) by Butyl-Benzothiazole Sulfoxide-MSO
【摘要】 用丁基苯并噻唑亚砜(用M表示)、MSO作萃取剂,在盐酸介质中萃取钯。结果表明:用煤油作稀释剂,M与MSO组成的体系对钯有较好的协萃能力。本文考察了协萃剂浓度、水相中盐酸浓度、萃取时间、相比对钯萃取率的影响,测定了钯的饱和容量。本文还考察了氨水、KSCN反萃钯的性能。
【Abstract】 In hydrochloric acid medium,synergic extraction of palladium(Ⅱ) is studied by butyl-benzothiazole sulfoxide(simplified form as M) and MSO,and the synergic system consisting of M—MSO can extract palladium(Ⅱ) efficiently.In the paper,synergic reagents concentration、hydrochloric acid concentration in water phase 、extracting time 、phase ratio are studied respectively.Saturated capacity of palladium(Ⅱ)is determined.Performances of stripping palladium(Ⅱ) are studied with NH3·H2O and KSCN.
