基于工业以太网的煤矿井下数据采集分站的设计
Design of Coal Mine Data Acquisition Sub-station Based on Industrial Ethernet
【摘要】 针对当前煤矿井下数据采集设备存在通信速率低、信息标准不统一等问题,提出了基于工业以太网的嵌入式煤矿井下数据采集分站的设计,采用32位的网络微控制器S3C4510B,移植源代码开放的uClinux嵌入式操作系统,满足了系统稳定性及实时性的要求;并利用TCP/IP协议进行网络通信,提供了良好的兼容性。
【Abstract】 With a range of problems such as non-uniform information standards, low-rate of data acquisition equipment about the coal mines currently, this paper proposes the designing and achieving of the embedded coal mine data acquisition sub-station based on Industrial Ethernet. It uses S3C4510B network micro-controller with 32-bit, transplants the uClinux embedded operating system with open source code, which can meet the requirements of the stability and reality. It uses TCP/IP network to communicate, which can provide a good compatibility.
