【摘要】 目的观察肝硬化患者血清脂联素水平及其与胰岛素、肿瘤坏死因子-α的关系。方法测定73例肝硬化患者(肝硬化组)和30例健康体检者(对照组)的血清脂联素、胰岛素和肿瘤坏死因子-α及相关的临床生化指标,同时对肝硬化患者按Child-Pugh分级标准进行肝功能分级。结果肝硬化组血清脂联素水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);脂联素水平与胰岛素水平呈正相关,与胰岛素敏感指数呈负相关,与肿瘤坏死因子-α、肝功能分级无关。结论肝硬化患者血清脂联素水平明显升高,其改变与胰岛素敏感性相关,与肿瘤坏死因子-α、肝功能分级无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the levels of adiponectin and the relation with insulin and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)- α in patients with cirrhosis. Methods Adiponectin,insulin and TNF-α levels were determined in 73 patients with cirrhosis and 30 healthy controls, and were correlated with various clinical and biochemical parameters. Meanwhile Child-Pugh liver function was classified. Results Adiponectin was significantly elevated in patients with cirrhosis compared with the control. Adiponectin levels in cirrhosis was correlated positively with insulin and negatively with insulin sensitively index,and did not correlate with TNF-α and liver function.Conclusion Serum adiponectin levels in cirrhosis are significantly elevated. Adiponectin levels do not correlate with TNF-α and liver function, but exclusively insulin and insulin sensitivity index.更多还原
