【摘要】 目的研究胃癌组织中胃泌素和5-羟色胺的表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组化法,对25例胃癌组织中胃泌素和5-羟色胺表达进行检测。结果胃泌素表达水平在胃癌I～II期组与III～IV期组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着胃癌的进展,胃泌素的表达呈递增趋势。5-羟色胺表达水平亦随胃癌分化程度的降低呈递减趋势(P<0.05)。结论胃泌素及5-羟色胺在胃癌发生、发展中存在相关差异,与胃癌的生物学行为有一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between expression of gastrin and serotonin(5-HT) and biological behavior in gastric carcinoma. Methods Expression of gastrin and 5-HT in 25 cases of gastric carcinoma were observed by immunohistochemical method. Results There were significant difference of the expression gastrin between the stage of I~II and stage of III~IV in gastric carcinoma(P < 0.05) and the expression of gastrin increased with the progression in gastric carcinoma. The expression of 5-HT increased with the poor differentiation. Conclusion Expression of gastrin and 5-HT are related to biologic behavior in gastric carcinoma.更多还原
