运动减重对超重和肥胖者血清TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平的影响
Effects of exercises on serum concentrations of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in subjects with overweight and obesity
【摘要】 目的研究运动减重前后超重和肥胖者炎症指标的变化。方法67例17~36岁超重和肥胖者(体重指数≥25kg/m2)入选为期8周的随机对照研究,其中35例为单纯生活方式干预组,32例为运动组。观察并分析减重前后炎症指标血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化。结果与正常对照组(体重指数<25kg/m2)比较,运动组和单纯生活方式干预组血清TNF-α、IL-6和CRP的水平虽有升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。8周后,运动组血清TNF-α和CRP的水平明显降低(P<0.01)。相关分析显示:血清TNF-α变化和腰围(WC)变化之间存在正相关(P<0.05)。CRP与体重指数、体脂含量(FAT)变化之间呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论17~36岁超重和肥胖者已有血清炎症指标水平的异常,且与肥胖程度密切相关。有效的运动干预可不同程度地降低血清TNF-α和CRP水平。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of inflammatory indices before and after weight loss through exercises in population with overweight and obesity. Methods Sixty-seven cases of 17-36 years old adults with overweight and obesity [body mass index(BMI)≥25 kg/m2] were divided into two groups randomly and undertook 8 weeks of intervention. Thirty-five cases were treated with single lifestyle intervention and 32 cases of exercise group were treated with exercises and lifestyle changes. Inflammatory indices such as serum concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and C-reactive protein(CRP)were measured and analysed before and after weight loss. Results Compared with normal group(BMI<25 kg/m2), there were no statistical significances for the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP (P>0.05) in overweight and obesity groups, although the concentrations of the three inflammatory indices were higher. After 8 weeks of weight loss, the levels of TNF-α and CRP decreased significantly (P<0.01)in exercise group. Positive correlations were found between the change of TNF-α and waist circumference (P<0.05), the change of CRP and BMI, percentage of body fat (FAT)respectively (P<0.05). Conclusions There are abnormal higher concentrations of circulating inflammatory indices in 17-36 years old adults with overweight and obesity, which are related closely to obesity. The blood concentrations of TNF-α and CRP can be reduced in different degrees through effective exercises.
