【摘要】 目的探讨射频消融治疗子宫腺肌病的可行性。方法给予20例子宫腺肌病患者射频消融治疗。治疗前后行子宫附件彩超检查子宫大小、子宫卵巢血流灌注,子宫病灶局部穿刺活检及血清CA125、性激素检查,同时观察临床症状。结果治疗前与治疗后3个月比较子宫长度、子宫厚度、子宫后壁厚度差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与治疗后6个月比较子宫长度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),子宫厚度、子宫后壁厚度减少,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前与治疗后子宫卵巢血流灌注及卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生或素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),仅催乳素(PRL)在治疗后3个月与治疗前比较差异有统计学性意义(P<0.05),术后血清CA125水平较术前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频消融治疗子宫腺肌病将是一个有发展前景的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of radiofrequency ablation on adenomyosis. Methods Radiofrequency ablation was used in 20 patients with adenomyosis. Color Doppler imaging was used to examine the uterus and adnexa, foci were punctured and performed pathological examination. In addition, CA125 and sex hormone were all detected before and after the treatment. The clinical signs were investigated simultaneously. Results After 3-month treatment, the length of uterus, the thickness of uterine wall and posterior wall were all significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05);the difference in the length of uterus was more significant after 6-month treatment(P<0.01)and in this period, the decrease of the thickness was still significant(P<0.05).While before and after treatment, the artery blood flow of uterus and ovary, FSH, LH, E2, T, P showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Only PRL was significantly different after 3-month treatment(P<0.05), the serum CA125 level decreased after operation. The difference before and after operation was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation on the treatment of adenomyosis is a perspective method.更多还原
