【摘要】 目的比较代谢综合征(MS)的国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)、中华医学会糖尿病分会(CDS)及美国国家胆固醇教育计划成人治疗指南(NCEP-ATPⅢ)的诊断标准对健康体检对象的MS检出率的异同,分析其影响因素。方法以1776例体检人员为对象,比较三种标准诊断能力的差异,分析单项指标切割点值对诊断率的影响。结果以IDF、CDS、NCEP-ATPⅢ的MS诊断标准,MS患病率分别为22.7%、14.9%、13.3%,IDF标准的诊断率明显高于CDS和NCEP-ATPⅢ标准(P=0.000);CDS标准若下调空腹血糖和血压切割点可提高诊断率至19.5%(P=0.000)和19.2%(P=0.001)。结论IDF标准能诊断更多的MS,影响CDS标准诊断率的主要因素是空腹血糖和血压切割点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the diagnostic ability of definitions of metabolic syndrome (MS) proposed by International Diabetes Federation (IDF), the Chinese Diabetes Society (CDS) and the Third Report of the National Cholesterol Education Program Expert Panel on Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Cholesterol in adults (NCEP-ATPⅢ) in the subjects receiving physical examination, and to analyze the affective factors of the definitions. Methods It was compared the prevalence of MS in 1776 subjects who received physical examination according to the three definitions respectively, and then analyzed the affective power of cut point of single item to the prevalence. Results The prevalence of MS according to the definitions proposed by IDF,CDS and NCEP-ATPⅢ were 22.7%, 14.9 % and 13.3%, respectively,and the former was higher than that of CDS and NCEP-ATPⅢ significantly(P=0.000). Down-regulation of the cut point of fasting blood glucose and blood pressure in CDS definitions could significantly raise the prevalence to 19.5%(P=0.000)and 19.2% (P=0.001) , respectively. Conclusion More MS patients are diagnosed by IDF definitions, and the important affective factors of CDS definitions on ability of diagnostic are the cut point of fasting blood glucose and blood pressure.更多还原
