【摘要】 目的探讨信号分子CD40/CD40L的水平变化与儿童哮喘的关系。方法用流式细胞仪分别检测25例急性发作期哮喘患儿、15例缓解期哮喘患儿及20例正常儿童外周血T、B细胞CD40和CD40L的表达率,并比较三组间CD40/CD40L表达水平的差异性。结果(1)哮喘急性发作组B淋巴细胞CD40的表达率[(17.90±3.36)%]最高,哮喘缓解组[(15.95±1.98)%]次之,对照组[(13.89±3.67)%]最低,三者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)哮喘急性发作组和哮喘缓解组的CD4+T细胞的CD40L表达率分别为(7.97±3.13)%和(8.05±2.75)%,两者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两者均高于对照组的(5.58±3.00)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)三组间CD4+、CD8+T细胞的CD40的表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)三组间B淋巴细胞、CD8+T细胞的CD40L的表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性发作哮喘和缓解期哮喘患儿所显示的相关免疫细胞CD40/CD40L的水平变化在哮喘的发病过程中可能具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore correlation between the level of signal molecule CD₄₀/CD_40L and children asthma.Methods Twenty-five cases of attack asthmatic children,15 cases of stable asthmatic children and 20 cases of normal children were separately taken to test the percentage of CD₄₀ and CD_40L on T and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood with flow cytometry,and it was compared a comparison of difference among three groups.Results （1） In expression rate of CD₄₀ on B cells,attack asthma group [（17.90±3.36）%] was the highest,stable asthma group [（15.95±1.98）%] was higher than control group [（13.89±3.67）%],there was significant difference（P<0.05）,among three groups.（2）In expression rate of CD_40L on CD₄⁺T cells,there was no significant difference（P>0.05） between attack asthma group [（7.97±3.13）%] and stable asthma group [（8.05±2.75）%],which were all higher than control group [（5.58±3.00）%],there was significant difference（P<0.05）separately compared to control group.（3）There was no difference（P>0.05） among three groups in expression rate of CD₄₀ on CD₄⁺ and CD₈⁺T cells.（4） There was no difference（P>0.05） among three groups in expression rate of CD_40L on B lymphocyte and CD₈⁺T cells.Conclusions Abnormal level of CD₄₀/CD_40L what attack asthma and stable asthma showed on their relevant immune cells would have an important significance in development of allergic asthma.更多还原
