变频喷油螺杆压缩机冷却系统的实验研究
Experiment Study on Cooling System of Oil-injected Screw Compressor with Inverter Control
【摘要】 为了解决变频喷油螺杆压缩机运行过程中润滑油的乳化和碳化现象,对压缩机的冷却系统进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,压缩机排气温度和比功率受到喷油量和油冷却量的影响。当压缩机低频(15~30 Hz)运行时,应保持喷油量不变,减小油冷却量,从而使得排气温度高于该工况下的露点温度;当压缩机高频(35~50 Hz)运行时,应合理地增大喷油量,增加油冷却量,从而使得排气温度不会过高。
【Abstract】 In order to solving emulsification and carbonization of lubricating oil in operation of oil-injected screw compressor with inverter control,experimental study of compressor’s cooling system is carried out.The experimental results show that discharge temperature and specific power of compressor are influenced by oil-injected flow and oil cooling capacity.When compressor operates in low-frequency(15~30 Hz),oil-injected flow should be constant,and oil cooling capacity should be decreased in order to ensure that the discharge temperature higher than dew-point.When compressor operates in high-frequency(35~50 Hz),oil-injected flow and oil cooling capacity should be increased in order to ensure that the discharge temperature not higher.
