超临界CO2中分散红60对涤纶染色的研究

【摘要】 超临界流体染色(Supercritical Fluid Dyeing,简称SFD)是纺织品印染工业的一项新兴工艺.这种工艺解决了水染工艺的耗水、耗能、污染及经济性等方面的问题,可真正实现无水染色,彻底解决水污染问题.本实验对在超临界CO2中用分散红60染涤纶进行了研究,考察了温度、压力和时间对染色深度(K/S值)的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,并在此条件下对实验结果进行了牢度测试评定.结果显示:随着温度、压力的升高和时间的延长,染色深度(K/S值)增大,且温度对染色深度(K/S值)的影响要比压力显著;最佳工艺条件为25MPa、120℃和100 min.对实验结果进行了牢度测试评定,结果显示超临界染色可用于分散染料染涤纶.

【Abstract】 Supercritical fluid dyeing(SFD) is a new technology for textile dyeing and printing industry.Problems of water and energy consumption,pollution and economy are resolved with this technology by realizing water-free dyeing.The water pollution problem is radically resolved.Expts.were carried out to study polyester fiber dyed with disperse red 60 in supercritical CO2,and the effects of temp.,pressure and reaction time on dyeing deepness(K/S values) were investigated.The optimal conditions were detd.,and the results based on the optimal conditions were estimated as the color fastness.The results showed that increased reaction temp.,pressure and times improved the dyeing deepness(K/S values),the temp.affected more the K/S values than the pressure,and the optimal conditions were dyeing at 25 MPa and 120 ℃ for 100 min.The color fastness evaluation showed that SFD might be used polyester fiber dyeing.
