印染废水回用中除盐技术的应用
Application of desalting technics in the dyeing and printing wastewater reuse
【摘要】 阐述了印染废水回用中存在盐含量的积累问题,分析了离子交换和膜分离技术在印染废水回用过程中除盐的特点,提出了降低离子交换进水的有机物和盐质量浓度能够最大限度地发挥离子交换在印染废水回用中的技术优势.同时,随着膜使用成本的降低,膜分离技术在印染废水回用上的应用前景光明.
【Abstract】 Salt accumulation problems occur in the dyeing and printing wastewater reuse.The characteristics of ion exchange and membrane sepn.technics in this reuse were analyzed,and the tech.advantages in max.ion exchange in such reuse by lowering org.matter concn.and salt concn.in the entering wastewaters for ion exchange were proposed.The use of membranes lowered the treatment cost.This technique has good future in dyeing and printing wastewater reuse.
