【摘要】 本文探讨不同保鲜剂、预处理液及冷藏时间对鹤望兰切花瓶插寿命和观赏品质的影响。结果表明,供试的8组瓶插保鲜液中,以配方5%S+300mg/L8-HQC+100mg/LCA+150mg/LSTS+100mg/LCoCl2+25mg/LEDTA-Na保鲜效果最佳,切花瓶插寿命(23.5d)比CK延长15.2d,小花开放率(56.1%)比CK提高1.19倍。供试的5组冷藏预处理液中,以10%S+300mg/L8-HQC+75mg/LKH2PO4.3H2O效果最佳,切花经过2～3周8～10℃冷藏后,瓶插寿命(13.7d)比CK延长7.9d,小花开放率(43.6%)比CK提高98.2%;该处理组鹤望兰切花的适宜冷藏时间可延长为3周。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different preservative formulas,preconditioning liquids and refrigerating time influenced on vase life and quality of cut Strelitzia reginae flowers were studied.The results showed that 5% S + 300mg/L 8-HQC + 100mg/L CA + 150mg/L STS + 100mg/L CoCl2 + 25mg/L EDTA-Na was the best of the 8 various preservatives.The vase life of cut flower(23.5 days) lengthened 15.2 days,and the blooming rate of small flowers(56.1%) increased by 1.19 times compared to CK.The prescription of 10% S + 300mg/L 8-HQC + 75mg/L KH2PO4.3H2O was the best of the 5 various preconditioning liquids.The vase life of the cut flower was 13.7 days after refrigeration of 2 to 3 weeks under 8～10℃.The vase life lengthened 7.9 days,and the blooming rate of the small flowers(43.6%) increased by 98.2%.The suitable cold storage time for cut Strelitzia reginae flowers could lengthen to 3 weeks.更多还原
