【摘要】 当前我国民营企业存在严重的诚信缺失问题,阻碍了民营企业健康发展,扰乱了我国的市场经济秩序。阐述了民营企业诚信缺失的原因,即市场机制不完善、民营企业经营者自身素质低、社会信用体系不健全以及法律体系不完备。并从完善市场机制、提高企业经营者素质、加强社会信用体系建设及建立健全法律法规四个方面提出诚信缺失的治理对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present the serious problem of lack and loss of honesty and credit exists in our country’s private enterprises, which hinders the sound development of the private enterprises and disturbs the market economic order. This thesis elaborates the causes of the private enterprises’ lack and loss of honesty and credit, that is, the imperfection of market mechanism, the low quality of the private enterprises’ operator, and the incompleteness of social credit system and legal system. And it puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the problems of lack and loss of honesty and credit from four perspectives, such as, perfecting the social mechanism, improving the operator’s quality, strengthening the construction of social credit system and establishing and perfecting laws and regulations.更多还原
