基于Matlab的流化床气泡运动的图像识别与处理
Image identifying & date processing on air bubbles in three-phase fluidized bed based on the Matlab
【摘要】 流化床中气泡大小、分布和上升速度决定了有效传质面积,从而影响了反应的效率。基于研制的流化床反应器气泡图像识别与分析系统,对该系统在反应器内进行气泡图像识别和数据处理的有关技术进行了分析研究。结果表明:气泡大小和灰度偏差的随机性对气泡识别的误差率有影响。
【Abstract】 The air bubble sizes, distributing and moving velocity upward in the fluidized bed, will decided the effective passing area and the reaction efficiency. Based on the image identifying and analyzing system, some technologies related with the image identifying of air bubbles inner of the reactor and the date processing are analyzed and studied. The results showed that the random of the size and the gray degree of the air bubble has an influence on the identifying error rate.
