化学处理聚丙烯孔洞驻极体膜的压电热稳定性
Thermal stability of piezoelectricity for chemically treated cellular PP films
【摘要】 通过压电系数在不同温度下的等温衰减测量研究了经化学处理和压力膨化处理的聚丙烯孔洞驻极体膜的压电热稳定性,结果表明化学处理极大地提高了其压电热稳定性。对其热刺激放电(TSD)电流及电荷等温衰减的研究结果表明,化学处理膜压电热稳定性的显著提高主要归因于孔洞电荷热稳定性的改善。
【Abstract】 The thermal stability of piezoelectricity for the chemically treated and pressure expanded cellular polypropylene films is studied by measuring the isothermal decay of piezoelectric coefficient. The results indicate that chemical treatment can significantly improve the thermal stability of piezoelectricity for the cellular PP films. As indicated by the results of the open-circuit thermally stimulated discharge (TSD) and charge isothermal decay, the improvement of the thermal stability of piezoelectricity for the chemically treated cellular PP films is mainly attributed to the enhancement of the thermal stability of the charges in bubbles.
