【摘要】 为提高水厂的自动化水平及水厂滤池使用的效率,设计了一套以Rockwell公司A-B品牌的ControlLogix系列产品为核心,ControLogix5550为可编程控制器,以RSView32为监控组态软件的现场总线控制系统,实现水厂滤池冲洗及排队的自动控制。并在ControlNet基础上使用三个控制器,控制22个滤池的冲洗及排队。调试结果表明:滤池运行稳定,冲洗及排队有序进行,达到了预期的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A Fieldbus Control System is employed for a water plant to improve the working efficiency of filters and to realize the automation of filters washing and queuing.The system uses the A-B brand ControlLogix series products of Rockwell as the core,ControlLogix5550 as the controllers and RSView as the supervisory configuration software.The washing and queuing of 22 filters is controlled by three controllers on ControlNet.The debug results show that the control system operates steadily as expected.更多还原
