液动射流式冲击器冲击功测量方法及仪器研制

【摘要】 冲击功、冲击频率等性能参数的测量对液动射流式冲击器的理论建模、性能评价及结构改造起到了至关重要的作用。传统测量方法由于种种缺陷不能准确方便地获取冲击器的性能指标,本文提出了一种新型测量方法,通过线性霍尔传感器非接触测量冲锤末速度,计算冲击功、冲击频率等关键性能参数。本文还基于虚拟仪器技术研制了冲击器性能参数测量仪器,给出了仪器研制方法及关键设计思想。通过实际测量准确获取了待测参数,充分说明了测量方法和仪器研制的可行性。

【Abstract】 It is important to measure the parameters such as impact energy and impact frequency for the modeling,performance evaluating and structure rebuilding of the hydro-efflux hammer.Due to several limitations,traditional measuring methods can not obtain the parameters of hydro-efflux hammer exactly and conveniently.A new non-contact measuring method was proposed,which measures the final velocity with linear Hall sensor,and then calculates impact energy and impact frequency.Furthermore,a parameter measurement instrument for hydro-efflux hammer was developed based on virtual instrument technology.The developing method and the key design ideas were given.Accurate test results were obtained from real measurements.The results show that the instrument and the measuring method are feasible.
