螺管形差动变压器的非接触式扭矩传感器研究
Research on non-contract torque measurement for solenoid-type differential transformer
【摘要】 扭矩测量是传动线路中的重要内容之一,高精度、高稳定性的非接触式扭矩测量方法是当今各国机械量测量研究的热点之一,为此,提出了一种基于螺管形差动变压器的非接触式扭矩传感器的研究。本文系统介绍了该测量方法的原理与结构,并对新研制的传感器进行了加载实验,从实验数据及其拟合方程证实该测量原理可行,所设计的扭矩传感器具有较好的线性度和一致性,重复精度≤0.5%。
【Abstract】 Torque measurement is one of the important items for the conveying line.The non-contract torque measurement method with high precision and high stability is one of the research hotspots for mechanical quantity measurement in the world today.Therefore,a non-contract torque sensor for solenoid-type differential transformer is proposed.This paper introduces the principle of this measurement method and its structure.The loading test for the developed sensor was carried out,and the fitting equation was obtained from the experiment data.The experiment results show that the measurement principle is feasible,the designed torque sensor has better linearity and consistency,the repeat precision of the sensor is less than or equal to 0.5%.
