基于DSP的电子提花龙头检测器设计
Design of Electronic Jacquard Detector Based on DSP
【摘要】 在分析电子提花龙头控制和生产中存在的问题基础上,提出相应的改进方案—电子提花龙头检测器,其作为电子提花龙头质量检测手段,在生产电子提花龙头的过程中是必须的,能够提高电子提花龙头产品的质量、减少此产品的后续维护、降低电子提花龙头成本和提升产品的竞争力。在理论设计并解决多种技术难题的基础上设计了一种基于TM S320VC 5402 DSP的检测器,采用数据压缩、双级供电等关键技术,用于检测针数为:1152/1344/2688的电子提花龙头。现在这种检测器已应用于生产中,取得了良好的效果。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of problems of electronic jacquard in control and manufacture,an improved method is provided as electronic jacquard detector,which can test the quality of jacquard,and is a necessary measure during the jacquard producing.It can improve the quality and competence,reduce the cost and maintenance work.It provides the design of a kind detector based on TMS320VC5402 DSP,with the help of such techniques as data compression and two level power supply,this kind of detector can test the jacquard with needle numbers of 1152/1344/2688.Now it has been used in application and has gained a good effect.
