自补偿技术在时栅位移传感器中的应用

【摘要】 基于时空坐标转换理论而研制的时栅位移传感器实现了以时间测量空间,但关键是要构建一个以恒速V运动的坐标系。V的稳定度直接决定时栅的性能。为提高时栅的测量精度,采用数字闭环控制方法去获得恒速V,提出了一种时栅位移传感器自补偿方案,以消除温度、电子元器件等因素的影响。实践证明,运用自补偿技术抑制了时栅输出值的漂移现象,该技术在时栅中的应用是成功的。并且这种自补偿功能的实现体现了时栅所具有的智能性。

【Abstract】 Time grating displacement sensor is working on theory of time-space coordinate transformation, which need constitute a moving coordinate with constant velocity V. The performance of the sensor is directly determined by the stability of V. In order to improve the precision of time grating, the method of digital closed-loop control is used to obtain the V and a scheme of self-compensation is proposed to eliminate the influences of these factors such as temperature, electronic components and others that can not be easily specified. The drift of the sensor is suppressed by applying the self-compensation technology. Experiment results coming out from applications conform the validity of the proposed method. The realization of self-compensation shows the intelligence of time grating.
