【摘要】 目的建立九味合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以TechsphereC18为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇—1%醋酸溶液(35∶65),检测波长为320nm。结果阿魏酸在9.36￣74.88!g·ml-1范围内,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为100.44%(n=6),RSD=1.63%。结论本法操作简便、快速,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Jiuwei Mixture. Methods The HPLC was performed on Techsphere C18 column with the mobil phase containing methanol-1% acetic acid solution(35:65)and set the UV director at 320nm. Results There was a good linear correlation in the range of 9.36~74.88 g·ml-1 (r=0.9994).The average recovery was 100.44%(n=6),RSD=1.63%. Conclusions The method is simple,rapid,accurate and available for the quality control of Jiuwei Mixture.更多还原
