【摘要】 目的优选降脂减肥胶囊中陈皮挥发油提取工艺。方法以水蒸气蒸馏法提取陈皮挥发油,应用L9(34)正交试验设计选取最佳提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为:浸泡1.5h,加水12倍量,蒸馏时间7h。结论优选得到的工艺稳定、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction process of pericarpium citri reticulatae volatile oil in jiangzhijianfei capsules.Methods To obtain the pericarpium citri reticulatae volatile oil by the method of water distilling.The optimum extraction condition was investigated by the orthogonal design L9(34).Results The optimal process was as follows:adding 12 folds of water,extracting for 7h after 1.5h of soaking.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.更多还原
