【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of capsaicin in capsicum.Methods:To estblish a method using HPLC for determination of capsaicin in capsicum.Result:A good linear relation was obtained in the range of 0.12～0.28μg.The mean recovery was 99.32%(RSD=0.62%).Conclusion:The results showd the method is accurate,reproducible,simple and easy to do.更多还原
