四针状氧化锌晶须结构与生成机理
Exploration on T-ZnO_w Structue and Growth Mechanism
【摘要】 采用锌蒸气高温直接氧化法制备T-ZnOw晶须,研究T-ZnOw的结构和氧化锌晶体结构,探索T-ZnOw的结晶长大机理。结果表明,锌蒸气高温直接氧化时只要具有合适的反应动力学条件就能形成一定大小的T-ZnOw。氧化锌晶须的针状体为六棱柱,在晶须的长大过程中,针状体沿长度方向的长大速度大于横向和晶核的长大速度。在T-ZnOw的结晶长大过程中,可能存在晶体结构由面心立方结构向六方结构转化的过程。
【Abstract】 The tetra-pod zinc oxide whisker is prepared by direct oxidization of zinc vapor under high temperature,and the structure of T-ZnO_w and ZnO crystal is investigated,and the crystallization and growth mechanism of T-ZnO_w are explored.The results show that T-ZnO_w with certain size can be made from oxidization of zinc vapor under high temperature at suitable reaction kinetics condition.The structure of T-ZnO_w whisker is in the form of hex-cylinder.The whisker vertical growth velocity is more quickly than that transverse one and the crystal core growth in the process of T-ZnO_w formation.There may be the transformation of the structure from cubic crystalline to hex-crystalline during the T-ZnO_w growing process.
