石油污染土壤生物强化修复的机制与实施途径
Mechanism and Methods of Bioaugmentation Remediation of Petroleum Hydrocarboncontaminated Soil
【摘要】 综述治理土壤石油污染的生物修复技术研究成果。分析影响石油污染物生物降解的因素,包括土壤环境因素、污染物因素和微生物因素,探讨生物强化修复的机制,总结出投加营养物、氧化剂、表面活性剂、高效降解菌或基因工程菌以及应用生物反应器、堆肥等有效的实施途径。
【Abstract】 The investigation achievements on bioremediation technology on petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soil are reviewed.The factors influencing the biodegradation of petroleum hydrocarbon,including soil environment,contaminant and microorganism,are analyzed.The mechanism of the bioagumentaion remediation is discussed.The practically effective measures,such as nutrients,oxidants,surfactants, high-effective degradable microbe or gene engineering microbe(GEM) addition,and bioreactor adoption as well as composting,are summarized.
