【Abstract】 The investigation achievements on bioremediation technology on petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soil are reviewed.The factors influencing the biodegradation of petroleum hydrocarbon,including soil environment,contaminant and microorganism,are analyzed.The mechanism of the bioagumentaion remediation is discussed.The practically effective measures,such as nutrients,oxidants,surfactants, high-effective degradable microbe or gene engineering microbe(GEM) addition,and bioreactor adoption as well as composting,are summarized.更多还原
