【摘要】 目的:观察复方皂矾丸加放疗治疗恶性肿瘤改善生存质量、升高白细胞作用与不良反应。方法:采用随机对照方法将120例患者分为复方皂矾丸加放疗的治疗组55例,单纯放疗的对照组65例。结果:治疗组升白有效率为74.5%,对照组为13.8%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗前后症状改善,卡氏评分和体重变化均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方皂矾丸可明显升高白细胞并改善生存质量,且不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of Compound Zaofan Pills(CZP)on improveing the life quality,increasing the number of white blood cell and toxic responses of CZP.Methods:Divide cases into two groups at random.CZP combined radiotherapy group(treatment group)was 55 cases.Radiotherapy alone group(control group)was 65 cases.Results:(1)The effective rate to ascend the number of white blood cell of treatment group was 74.5%,whereas the effective rate of control group was 13.8%.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).(2)After the treatment,the symptoms ameliorate,KPS score and body weight had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)There was not significant difference in responses of gastrointestinal tract between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:CZP can greatly increase the number of white blood cell and improve the life qualities while relesing the toxic responses.更多还原
