【摘要】 目的:为实现半夏人工集约化栽培提供一定的理论依据。方法:采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微及理化鉴别等方法就培养诱导形成的带顶芽的半夏块茎与野生半夏的生药学进行了初步比较研究。结果:二者在植物形态、性状及显微特征等方面有明显的相似;薄层斑点数目、颜色、Rf值、紫外吸收峰数目、波长及峰形方面也基本相似。结论:初步证实组织培养诱导形成半夏块茎,是对保护野生半夏资源的一种可行性尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we have studied comparison of pharmacognosy of bulb Pinelliea ternata from tissue culture and nature.There is notable similiarity among plant morphogenesis,characteristic and microscopical structure.There is similarity among the number and colour of TLC spots,the value of Rf,the number of UV peak,the wavelength and the shape of peak.This study signifies the tissue culture of bulb of Pinelliea ternate would be an effective method to develop culturing of this medicinal plant.更多还原
